Monthly Research Seminars of the Financial Markets & Institutions Group

Coordinated by Professor John K. Ashton (Bangor University) with Professor Robert Hudson (Hull) and Prof. Mark Rhodes (Leeds Beckett)

We are pleased to invite academics, researchers, PhD students and professionals to submit research papers for presentation at monthly research seminars hosted by the BAFA Financial Markets and Institutions group. The seminars will be broadcast on-line and recorded on the BAFA FMI group web site. All details for forthcoming talks will be posted on the  FMI SIG web pages.

The purpose of the seminars will be to facilitate research through supportive debate discussion, and the generation of ideas. The audience will be invited from the FMI SIG membership and also from the wider financial services industry. 

Submission of full papers will be considered in areas of Financial Markets, Banking, Finance and other cogent fields. 

The seminars will be conducted in a friendly and supportive tenor. An early expression of interest is encouraged to avoid disappointment. Please send papers for consideration to Prof. John Ashton - j.ashton@bangor.ac.uk
