Tracy Wang is Professor of Accounting at the Australian National University. Her research focuses on corporate governance, information intermediaries, and financial and sustainability reporting and regulation. Her work has been published in leading journals including the Journal of Accounting and Economics, Contemporary Accounting Research, Review of Accounting Studies, Journal of International Business Studies, Organization Science, Journal of Law and Economics, and Journal of Corporate Finance, and has been featured in international media such as Institutional Investor. She serves as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Accounting & Finance and Guest Editor of The International Journal of Accounting Special Issue on ESG: Accounting and Reporting. She is the founding Chair of the AFAANZ ESG Special Interest Group.
