Call for Proposals for hosting the AFEE 29th Workshop in December 2026

The executive committee of the Accounting & Finance in Emerging Economies (AFEE) Special Interest Group invites proposals to host the 29th one-day workshop on Accounting and Finance in Emerging Economies scheduled for the first week of December 2026. The workshop brings together academics engaged with research on accounting and finance issues in emerging economies. The workshop also aims to raise the level of interest in the specific problems of accounting and finance in emerging economies; increase awareness of the unique challenges they present; and facilitate meaningful academic debates that can effectively contribute to the accounting and finance literature.
