Consultation period for QAA Subject Benchmark Statement for Accounting

Running from 9 October to 20 November, the consultation for the QAA Subject Benchmark Statement for Accounting offers a valuable opportunity for you to participate and provide feedback in shaping the future of UK accounting education.

The 2019 Statement has been substantially reviewed by an advisory group drawn from the higher education sector, PSRB and employer representatives. Respondents are invited to consider the new Statement and provide their responses via an ‘online survey’.

The consultation will close at Midday on 20 November 2024.

QAA will coordinate with the Accounting Advisory Group to consider responses and will publish a revised Statement on 10 April 2025.
