BAFA Vacancies: Corporate Governance SIG

There are several opportunities open for volunteers to work with BAFA. We accept self-nominations and nominations from friends/colleagues for posts. Please do not be too modest or wait to be asked – your interest in any of these positions would be very much welcomed.

Corporate Governance SIG

The Corporate Governance Special Interest Group (CG SIG) invites expressions of interest and nominations for the following executive board roles as per the constitution:

• Chairperson
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Workshop Organiser

Additionally, up to four co-opted members will be appointed. Co-opted members are expected to be actively involved in the SIG’s activities and will closely support the executive board in serving the SIG’s objectives. The term for all positions is three (3) years.

You will need to be a BAFA member and a member of the corporate governance SIG.

How to apply:

Interested individuals should send their curriculum vitae in addition to a brief statement (200 words max.) outlining their potential contribution to the CG SIG.

Please send expressions of interest for all position to cg-sig@bafa.ac.uk and copied to admin@bafa.ac.uk with Email subject: CG SIG Expression of Interest.

The deadline for receipt of interest is 12:00 (noon) on 16 August 2024.

Appointments are made under our Diversity and Inclusion Policy and are overseen by our Diversity and Inclusion Monitoring Committee.
