On-line Submission of Papers - Deadline now extended to midnight GMT on Monday 9 December
On-line Registration - Open from 2 December to 14 February 2014.
The Annual Conference provides the opportunity for delegates to present their current research, develop their academic network, and an opportunity for the professional bodies and publishers to meet with academics and promote dialogue between them.
The 50th BAFA Annual Conference will take place at the London School of Economics on Monday 14 to Wednesday 16 April 2014.
We welcome the submission of full papers in any area of accounting and finance. In addition, this year there will be a stream on 'Issues in Translation of IFRSs and Other International Regulations'.
All papers submitted will be fully refereed and we aim to notify acceptance decisions by mid January 2014. For accepted papers, the corresponding author needs to have registered for the conference by 14 February 2014 for their paper to be included in the conference programme.
The registration fee will be £340 and £170 for PhD/Retired Members. Only members of BAFA are permitted to participate in this event so the relevant subscription fee (£30 or £15 for full-time PhD students) will also be applicable if you have not already paid.
The facility to register your attendance on line will be available from Monday 2 December to Friday 14 February 2014.
We gratefully acknowledge the support of CIMA's General Charitable Trust as a Gold sponsor of the BAFA 50th Annual Conference. We are proud of this link and the benefits that such a relationship brings.
